Website Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of flaaze.com and of the Flaaze chat widget when a business embeds it on its own website. By using either, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. Who we are

Flaaze ([legal entity name to be confirmed by counsel]) provides an evidence grounded AI product advisor. The engine is owned by Kavod AI LLC and licensed exclusively to Flaaze. The widget on a seller's website is operated by Flaaze for that seller.

2. Eligibility

You must be of the legal age to purchase the products discussed where you live, and in any case at least the age of majority in your state, to use the widget. Some products discussed are legal only in some places or only for adults. You are responsible for knowing the law that applies to you.

3. AI disclosure

Answers from the widget are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and rule checked store content. Every answer carries an AI disclosure. Answers may be incomplete or wrong. Please read the cited sources yourself where a citation is shown.

4. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site or in the widget is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The widget does not replace a health care provider. For a health condition, or before you combine a product with any medication, please talk with your health care provider or pharmacist.

5. No disease claims

Flaaze does not say, and the widget is built to refuse to say, that a product or ingredient diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents a disease or its symptoms. If you ask a question that calls for such a claim, the widget declines with a fixed explanation and, where permitted, offers general education. A refusal is not a statement that a product does or does not work.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site or the widget in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others;
• try to bypass, probe or disrupt the security, rate limits or refusals of the service;
• scrape, copy or resell the content or the answers in bulk;
• submit content that is unlawful, harassing or that you do not have the right to submit;
• present an answer from the widget as medical advice or as an approved health claim.

7. Intellectual property

The site, the widget, the Flaaze marks and the underlying engine belong to Flaaze, Kavod AI LLC or their licensors. Cited literature belongs to its publishers and authors. You may view the site and use the widget for your own personal, non commercial purposes. No other right is granted.

8. Third party sites and sources

Links and citations lead to sources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content. The companies whose products appear in the widget are responsible for their own products, labels and certificates of analysis.

9. Disclaimers

The site and the widget are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, Flaaze disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any answer. Information about interactions is limited to what is documented in the sources consulted. Where nothing is documented, the widget says no data on file. That is not a statement that no interaction exists.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flaaze, Kavod AI LLC and their members, officers and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on an answer. 12. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the service at any time. The version and date at the top of this page show the current text. We may restrict access to anyone who breaks these terms.
