Consumer Health Data Policy

Status: pending until the consumer accounts open. Consumer accounts on flaaze.ai are invite only and stay off until this policy is final.

1. Scope

This policy applies to invited consumers who create a profile on flaaze.ai. A profile may include the medications you take, your goals and your state. This is consumer health data, and we handle it with extra care.

2. Dual opt in

We collect and use profile information only after two separate, explicit consents from you: one to collect it, and one to use it to personalise answers. Consenting to one is not consenting to the other. You may withdraw either at any time.

3. How it is used

Profile information is used to check interactions against cited sources, to tailor answers to your stated preferences, and for no other purpose. It is not sold. It is not used for advertising.

4. What the seller never sees

A business that embeds the widget does not see your profile, your medications or your conversations with the consumer account. It does not receive your identity.

5. Sharing

We share profile information only with the processors on the providers page that we need in order to operate the service, or where the law requires it.

6. Deletion

You may ask us to delete your profile at any time. Deletion reaches backups and processors within 45 days.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, and to withdraw consent. Write to hello@flaaze.com.

8. Changes

We will update this page before consumer accounts open and tell invited consumers of material changes. See also the privacy policy.
