An AI advisor for brands and dispensaries

An AI advisor that answers from evidence, and says so when the evidence is thin.

Flaaze lives on your own site or store, for brands that sell clinically backed supplements and functional foods, and for licensed cannabis stores. Your shoppers read the label and want the research behind it. The advisor does that reading for them, from the product's data and the published studies, and says how strong the evidence is.

Cocoa flavanols and ACE inhibitors: No data on file

There is no interaction data on file for this pair. That is not the same as no interaction. Before you combine them, talk with your health care provider.

The conversation is scripted and does not call the live advisor. The grades and composition values are sample data.

See how it works

Four questions a shopper asks, answered the way the advisor answers them on a store: from the research, with a medication check, from the product's own data, and with a plain no when a claim is not allowed.

What does the research say about cacao and blood pressure?

Researchers have studied cocoa flavanols and blood pressure in small trials and in reviews that pool them. The changes reported are modest and not consistent across studies, and some trials found no effect. This is general education about a category of food. It is not treatment.

What the advisor answers

Most real questions have thin evidence, so the advisor climbs only as far as the evidence allows; we call this the Response Ladder. How the advisor decides, in the docs

  1. Answers you write yourself
shipping, returns, how to use a product, in your words, checked against the rules before a shopper sees them.
  2. What is in the product, from its lab certificate
ingredients, potencies and heavy metals, read from the certificate and nothing else.
  3. A medication check
the shopper names a medication. The advisor checks it against cited interaction sources and says when there is no data on file.
  4. What the research shows about the category
what trials have found and not found about this kind of product, with each source cited.
  5. A fit to what the shopper says they want
the advisor matches the shopper's stated preferences to what the product's data says it is.
  6. A cited recommendation when the evidence earns it
a statement about effects only where strong human research supports it, with the sources shown. This is the earned exception.
  7. A refusal with the reason
a claim the rules do not allow is declined in fixed words that say why. The shopper is told what they can still ask.

No data is stated as no data, never as no interaction.

What your catalog can say

Every product in your catalog is standard or restricted, by its ingredients and what the FDA has said about them. That decides how far an answer may go, and whether a review comes before it goes live.

Standard products

Cacao, olive oil, herbs, functional mushrooms and most nootropic ingredients are standard products. They can earn a cited recommendation where the evidence supports it. A standard catalog needs no compliance review before it goes live.

Restricted products

CBD and hemp cannabinoids, and any ingredient the FDA has ruled out as a supplement ingredient or raised safety concerns about, are restricted products. The advisor says what is in them and matches them to what a shopper wants, but never recommends them on health grounds. They need a compliance review before they go live.

What the advisor never says

Every answer carries an AI disclosure and is not medical advice.

  • It never says a product diagnoses, treats, cures, mitigates or prevents a disease.
  • It never says a product is safe, or safe to combine with a medication.
  • It never presents a product as therapy.
  • It never says how much to take beyond what the label says.

You see it before your shoppers do

You review the look and the greeting, then ask it your shoppers' questions in test mode. You paste one line of code into your site, and it goes live when the checks pass. Consumers never pay.

Available in every state. The advisor follows your state's rules from the day it goes live.

Bring evidence to your shelf

Shoppers already ask what your products do. The advisor answers from the evidence, on your own store, and says how strong that evidence is. The email you get back shows what it would say about your catalog.
