Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Flaaze collects when you visit flaaze.com or use the Flaaze widget on a seller's website, and what you can do about it.

1. What the site collects

When you use the contact form, we receive the fields you enter: your email address and, if you choose, your company, the kind of business, your state, your platform and a message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as the time of a request, the page requested and technical details of your browser, to keep the site secure and working.

2. What the widget collects

When you use the widget, we receive the conversation you type and the answers given, so we can respond and keep the service safe. You do not need an account to use the widget. If you choose to join the case study on flaaze.ai, we handle your information under the consumer health data policy, which is pending until consumer accounts open.

3. What we never collect

We do not ask for your name, your payment details or your government identifiers in the widget, and we do not sell your information. Please do not put them in a conversation. The widget does not use your conversation to build an advertising profile.

4. How we use information

We use it to answer you, to reply to contact requests, to secure and improve the service, to review how rule packs and refusals perform, and to meet legal duties.

5. Processors

We use service providers to run Flaaze. The providers page lists each one and its role. They may process information only for us and under their own terms.

6. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Contact requests are kept while the conversation is active and then for a reasonable period. Where the consumer health data policy applies, deletion reaches backups and processors within 45 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to hello@flaaze.com. We may need to confirm who you are first. If we decline a request, we will tell you why.

8. Children

The site and widget are not for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of majority. If you think we have, write to hello@flaaze.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures suited to the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version and date at the top show the current text.
