Client Terms of Service
These terms apply to a business ("Client") that orders the Flaaze service. They are incorporated into each order form. If an order form and these terms conflict, the order form controls for that order.
1. The service
Flaaze provides an evidence grounded AI product advisor that the Client embeds on its own website. Answers follow the Response Ladder, from rule checked store answers up to cited recommendations, with a fixed refusal for anything a rule prohibits or the evidence does not support. Flaaze may add later channels on the same service. The engine is owned by Kavod AI LLC and licensed exclusively to Flaaze.
2. Plan families
Dispensary plans apply one rule pack per location, chosen for that location's state and license type. Brand plans apply one federal rule pack with two compliance profiles, set per product by compound posture. A standard product can reach cited recommendation where graded human evidence supports it. A restricted product, such as CBD or another hemp cannabinoid or any ingredient the federal regulator has excluded or warned on, is capped at experience fit and requires compliance review before go live.
3. Onboarding and review
Dispensary onboarding is approval gated and begins with a compliance onboarding call. Flaaze may decline or pause an onboarding that it cannot configure to the applicable rules. Brand onboarding for standard catalogs is self serve, and Flaaze may require compliance review for any product it classifies as restricted. No deployment goes live until the applicable rule pack is configured and Flaaze has released it.
4. Compliance responsibilities
The Client owns its products, its labels, its certificates of analysis and its store answers, and is responsible for their accuracy and lawfulness. The Client must supply validated certificates of analysis for the products it lists. Flaaze applies the rule pack, checks answers against it and refuses what it prohibits. Flaaze does not give legal advice. Use of the service does not make the Client compliant, and the Client remains responsible for its own compliance with the law that governs its business, including licensing, advertising and age restrictions.
5. Client content and data
The Client grants Flaaze a licence to use the content it supplies to operate the service for the Client. The Client confirms that it has the right to supply it. Flaaze processes shopper conversations to answer them and to improve the service as described in the privacy policy. Consumers never pay for the service. Subprocessors are listed on the providers page.
6. Fees
Fees are set in the order form. Published pricing has not been supplied yet, so each Client receives a quote on request. Unless the order form says otherwise, fees are invoiced by Flaaze and are due when invoiced. Taxes are the Client's responsibility.
7. Acceptable use
The Client will not use the service to make a prohibited claim, to bypass a refusal, to submit unlawful content, to attack or probe the service, or to resell it. Flaaze may refuse or remove any content that breaks the rule pack.
8. Suspension
Flaaze may suspend the service, in whole or in part, if the Client breaks these terms, if continued operation would put Flaaze or shoppers at risk, if a rule pack becomes unsupportable, or if the law requires it. Flaaze will tell the Client why and what is needed to resume, where it is able to.
9. Warranties
Flaaze will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, the service is provided as is. Flaaze does not warrant that answers will be complete or error free, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Answers are not medical advice.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Each party's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid for the service in the period set out in the order form. [Cap and exceptions to be confirmed by counsel.]
11. Term and termination
An order runs for the term stated in the order form and renews as it states. Either party may end an order for the other's uncured material breach. On ending, Flaaze removes the widget and, on request, deletes the Client's content subject to the retention rules in the privacy policy.
12. General
These terms are governed by the law of [to be confirmed by counsel]. Notices go to hello@flaaze.com or to the address in the order form. Flaaze may update these terms for future orders and will say so on this page.
